Terms of service

YourQR lets you create dynamic QR codes, digital profiles, forms and QR/NFC products, change where they point, and see basic analytics. Features and limits depend on your plan.

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• New accounts may need approval before they're activated.
• Organization admins are responsible for the members they add.

You own the content you add (profile details, files, form questions and the links your QR codes open). You give us permission to host and display it so the service works.

You are fully responsible for what your QR codes, profiles and forms link to or show, and you must follow our Acceptable use policy.

To protect people who scan YourQR codes, we automatically check links against our own rules and third-party safety services, and we may refuse, pause or remove any link, QR code, profile or account that we reasonably believe is unsafe, illegal or against these terms, with or without notice.

If you collect leads or form responses, you are responsible for using that information lawfully, including getting any consent required and honouring requests to stop contacting people. Form responses are deleted automatically after 30 days.

• Paid plans run for the period you buy (1, 6 or 12 months) and don't renew automatically. The full price, including any tax, is shown before you pay.
• New accounts get a free trial after confirming their email. When a paid plan ends you keep its features for a short grace period; after that the account moves to the Free plan. Items beyond the Free plan's limits are paused, never deleted, and come back when you upgrade.
• Upgrades start right away with credit for the unused time on your current plan. Downgrades start when your current plan ends.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

QR keychains, cards, stickers and NFC tags are available for delivery in India only. Customers in other countries can download and print their QR codes themselves.

We work hard to keep YourQR fast and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

You can stop using YourQR at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable use policy, put others at risk, or are used for fraud.

To the extent permitted by law, YourQR is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content and websites that users link to. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and, for important changes, tell you by email. Questions? Contact us. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
