What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, mobile), the content you add to your profile, QR codes and forms, and basic scan information (time, device type, platform and browser). We do not sell your data.
Visitor data
When someone scans a QR code we record an anonymous visit for analytics. If lead capture or a form is used, the visitor's details are shared only with the account owner who created that QR code or form.
Form responses
Form responses are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Owners can export them before then.
Cookies
We use a secure cookie to keep you logged in and, where lead capture is used, a cookie so visitors aren't asked for their details twice.
Email & notifications
We send emails about your account (approval, password resets, orders) and, occasionally, product updates. Push notifications are sent only to devices where you installed our app and logged in.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data by writing to skymotiveservices@gmail.com.
