Getting started
How do I create my first QR code?
Log in, open QR codes, give it a name and the link it should open, then tap Create. Download the PNG and print it anywhere.
How do I set up my profile page?
Open My profile. Add your photo, contact buttons, links and files. Changes show up live in the preview; tap Save to publish.
Why is my account pending?
New sign-ups are reviewed by our team, usually within one working day. You'll get an email as soon as you're approved.
QR codes
How do I change where my QR goes?
Open QR codes, tap Edit on the QR, paste the new link and save. Every printed copy opens the new link immediately.
What is lead capture?
When it's on, visitors enter their name and mobile number before continuing. You'll find them under Leads.
Can I pause a QR?
Yes. Tap Pause and anyone scanning will see a friendly 'paused' page until you resume it.
Products & teams
How do I activate a keychain or NFC card?
Contact us with the code printed on it. Once linked to your account it appears under QR products, where you choose what it opens.
How do I add team members?
With a Business plan, open Team and add members. You control how long each member's access lasts.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your public links show an 'unavailable' page until you renew. Nothing is deleted, and renewing brings everything back instantly.
Common questions
What is a dynamic QR code?
It's a QR code whose destination you can change at any time. You print it once, and whenever you need, you point it to a new menu, offer, form or page from your dashboard. No reprinting.
Will my printed QR codes keep working?
Yes. Your QR link never changes. Every printed QR, keychain, card or NFC tag keeps working, and on a paid plan it goes wherever you choose. If a plan ends, nothing is deleted: items beyond the Free plan simply pause until you upgrade.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use YourQR. Create a QR in seconds, download it, print it. Change it later with one tap.
Can I see who scanned my QR?
You see how many people scanned, when, and from which device. Turn on lead capture and visitors can share their name and mobile number before continuing.
What are physical QR products?
Ready-made keychains, cards, stickers and NFC tags with a unique code. Link them to your account and control where they go, just like your QR codes.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Business includes 5 team members and you can add more seats any time. Each member gets their own profile and QR codes, and you see every lead from the whole team in one place.
